The Natural Medicine Clinic utilizes an Initial Assessment Package that is often the first step in gaining insight into your health condition. It includes questionnaires, a food journal, laboratory findings/assessment, and many other intake informational documents that are designed to be used together in order to give us a more complete snapshot of your current health. It is one of the many tools that an integrated health care approach uses to help you regain your health. We also study your distinct health history, examination, other lab test results and any relevant emotional and spiritual factors.
