Diabetes. According to a recent report from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) the current rate of diabetes has continued to increase. From 1980 through 1990 there was not much change; however, the rate began to increase after 1992. The annual number of cases that have occurred from 1990 to 2010 has almost tripled.
